Here at A78, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to send items back to us. We strive to provide the best quality heat transfer vinyl supplies online for private and commercial use. However, we have a returns policy in place to support you.
Returning Undamaged / Non-Defective Goods
A78 generally accepts the return of goods and supplies ONLY if they were delivered to you in error, or if they have arrived damaged or defective.
However, if you change your mind about an order, you must inform us within 48 hours of placing your request. You must return all items to us unused and unopened, and within 7 calendar days of informing our team.
We will provide you with a refund in full for your items once received by our team, which will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply.
Returning Incorrect / Defective / Damaged Goods
Our returns policy protects your rights if you have received items from A78 which are either:
• Not what you intended to order;
• Damaged at the point of delivery;
• Defective or not working as expected or intended.
We’re sorry if the items you receive from us are not what you expected. If this is the case, please call our team immediately on (telephone number) or email us at (email address) so that we may remedy the issue for you. We will then make swift arrangements for collection, and to replace your goods with the items you intended to purchase.
If your items or goods have arrived damaged, please let us know within 3 working days of you having received them. You must then dispatch said item(s) back to us within a further 7 calendar days. Once received by A78, you will be reimbursed to your original payment method, or a replacement will be dispatched to you.
If any supplies or goods you receive are defective, or do not work as stated in our product guidelines, you must return them to us, within warranty, within 6 months of receipt. You must keep all original packaging and documentation, and return them with your defective item(s). We will then carefully analyse and test for defects, before advising you of our decision.
If, after testing, items are found defective, we will either issue you with a refund in full to your original method of payment, or we will replace your item(s) anew. However, in the event that products are not found to be defective, we will return them to you, whereby you will be liable for paying return postage.
Other Important Information
Please be aware that you MUST return all products and supplies to us in their original packaging with original documentation. Unless your items are defective, they must also remain unopened with full wrapping intact.
You are liable for return delivery fees and for any damage or loss which may be incurred on delivery back to us. We will refund these charges only if our products were found to be faulty, damaged or delivered incorrectly.
In the event of a collection made by our team, we will ensure to arrange a date and time with you beforehand. You will be able to claim back the cost of collection if your goods are found to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
Failure to be ready for collection will incur a charge. Always ensure you keep consignment and collection notes. We will not be able to track them for you unless you can provide these notes to us.
